Does anybody know if the apartments block 5 (2 storey) phase 1  have been completed yet? We paid 50% in Jan 04 suposed to be ready in Feb 05, in Sept 05 we instructed our solicitor to cancel the contract under clause 3, which states if the apartment is not ready 6 months after completion date. we are entittled to all our money back. Still have not got it,  now on our 2nd solicitors who are reluctant to go to court, because contract is not the original. Did anybody on La Zenia Collinas Phase 1 ever get their money back? Are Tecnologia going bust or are they just crooks? Is anybody happy with what they've got at Collinas?
