The agents have told us to find clients ourselves. They are willing to manage it for us. When we were buying the agents were saying no problem we will rent it for you. ha ha

A popular company to buy from is Imperial. They have a few outlets. Their furniture is good.

Speak to people in Samos. (The block behind ) They didnt get a pool so they might be interested in your apartment.

Its not a good time to sell because their are so many apartments for sale all over the Costa Del Sol

the place is very nice but it will take at least a year before all the building is finished

We mentioned the problem with the rubbish to the office but i dont think their are any plans to have another rubbish bin put outside our blocks.

I dont think we can use the other pools because our key for the main gate (khios and samos)does not fit the other blocks entry gate.

I went around and tried all the gates a few weeks ago

We have had our apartment since January.

We are on the ground floor in Khios. We are going out 2 August. We will look out for you.. I presume we will see you around the pool.

Can someone tell me where this Canuba beach bar is? I can only think it is on the beach to the left of the Marina!

We like the straw donkey which is situated to the back and the side of the marina. This is american food. The kids will like it

We paid 250 euros

This gets the basic channels but not channel 4 or 5. If you want them you have to pay an extra 100 euros for a card to receive them.

I am not going to use a management company to rent. They told me they would manage my property but cant rent it because there are to many propertys out there. Most management copmpanys are asking to much money. Your best bet is to speak to the company in the port they seem to be the best and know what they are doing.
