Has anyone had  to deal with Resortalia to sort any faults in their properties?

Any comments on how efficient they are?

We bought 4 sunbeds from Roda along with the furniture package. We have had them for four years. Nothing wrong with frames, but material is ripped.

Does anyone know if there is a business that repairs these sunbeds? Seems a shame to throw them out !

Can anyone tell me the times of buses from Los Alcazares/Murcia and Los Alcazares/Cartegena (and return)during the daytime? 

Can you still get onto the bus at the pharmacists in Los Narejos?

Went to the Tourism office but it seemed to be constantly closed

We were at the beach club 3 times in July/August. First time there was a thunderstorm- very dramatic. The staff could not have been more helpful. We were served free coffees to cheer us up. The lunch was excellent. By the afternoon the storm had passed so we enjoyed both pool and beach. The other two times it was busier but service and friendliness was very good. Think the beach club is a real asset. Many of those there were renting on Roda.
