Hi  . This is the message sent by the developer to me today in relation to the satellite instal.
I personally think the info regarding the Astra system being the only  compulsory one that can be installed , I think is a lot of nonsense, and I am not clear who is going to foot the bill for the sky installation

First of all, I would like to thank you for using Grupo Evemarina. In regards to the satellite television, I have contacted the president of the community who informed me that he will install dishes which will be ready to receive Sky. At the moment, the dishes which have been already installed are the Astra ones (I have been informed by the president of the community that they are the compulsory ones in Spain)
