You have been very helpful in providing loads of useful info on the development.
We are in the process, eventually, of finalising our purchase at The Belfry. Unfortunately we are unable to be in spain for the 1st owners meeting and we would appreciate if you would raise/represent our views at the meeting, although we are still awaiting completion by our solicitor.
You probably therefore don't need to send a proxy document, but having been over just before Christmas we were really dissapointed with the external paintwork both on the outside of the building and on the stairwells.It certainly would not be acceptable in its curent state.
We are coming over in mid Feb,and we would be happy to meet up with you and other owners, share a cerveza or two,
