Gedsouthern had asked me bc about a request from Oceanview for him to complete on the basis of some letter they say exists from the Town Hall. It is NOT the LFO. The earliest that this MAY be available is apparently October. The authorization letter they have asked us to sign says

"We have been informed by our lawyers GVA that the Developers have already applied for the First Occupancy Licence but it has not been granted yet. Consequently the individual contracts cannot be formalized yet. In the meantime the Developers compromised to provide the electricity and water supplies from the works."

In other words - no licence and a builders temporary supply of water and power. Do not complete on this basis!
