Dear all,

I have been watching the exchange of emails on the is topic and can comment as below,

• The complex should have been completed in September 2007.  Under the contract the developer had the legal right to extend the completion date by 6 months meaning completion should have been by March 2008. The developer are no in breach of the contractual terms and no extra period of grace is allowed.
• We are no taking legal action to recover money owed as Rushcliffe are in breach of the contract.
• I understad that  other purchasers are taking simular actions.
