I have emailed all douments I have to watchdog.

Ready Rental Property T &C's and lots of other stuff including NOT my claim that the money was paid to Key Lounges,

but my receipt for the money I paid to Key Lounges from Paypal.

Heres hoping these scammers can be routed out!!!!!!!!!!

I urge other people in the same boat as me to do the same.

I just want to add my 2 cents again.

I signed with RRP in February of this year but the money was paid via Paypal to Key Lounges!!!!

I then had a receipt for the amonut from RRP in an email.

I paid 2 amounts one for management and one for rental & marketing.

Neither of these packages have been delivered. The only thing that has been done is a local Rep. picked up the keys to my apartment no other instructions were given to her, she has had the key for 4 weeks now.

No listing has been made, there is a complex listing on holiday nights and they have 5 - 2 bed Apartments listed , mine is a one bed.

But if you try to book any of these apartments all of them say unavailable for any date you put in!!!!!!

In summary:  key picked up, no listing made, no management arranged, money paid to KL. - Great for 4 months work.

I am passing all the info to watchdog as well.

There web site is now closed and the emails get returned as un delivered.

They do not answer the phone.

When I paid in february i paid 1 amount for "property management" and 1 amount for "rental & marketing" however I signed up with "Ready rental Property" but the 2 amounts were paid via paypal to "key lounges"!!!!!

I then had an email receipt from "RRP".

Key Lounges do not answer the phone or reply to emails either.

I am now trying to get my money back from key lounges. I paid more than 120 days ago so the credit card company wont help!

Key lounges have a UK head office in Coventry I now need to find out if anybody is there or it is just a mail box.

I have recently signed with them.

I hope their marketing and  on line booking system is as good as they say.

I want to set a link from my own advert/site direct to their booking system.

Has any one done this?

They have not answered my emails for 3 days,

They have answered the phone though but as "reception" and confirmed receipt of some photos I sent them.
