in march 2004  we after doing our home work deciced to purchase a bungalow in almanzora,

what a nice gentleman , giving us free pens and telling us our he would be looking foward to seeing us on completion, november 2005.

shock horror november 2006 no property, decided that as we have a bank garauntee to get our money back, now fast forward its june 13th 2007 and still no money, we write,. email, fax and even leave messages with our solictor but he must have lost us because he doesn,t reply, final hope i think to go over and confront him, trying now to find a decent LAW abiding solicitor,

we purchased a bungalow in march 2004 with a completion date of november 2005 we are still waiting no one seems to contact us we dont no when the site will be finished have you had definate confirmation that the building will start in jan 2007 we were told sept 2006
