i complete on my property on phase one on 23rd july and will be renting it out straight awy if you fancy staying on site??  might be nice for you. we have bought the 3 bedroom house.

I have a 3 bed in block 24 ready to rent from august 1st if anyone is completing on their houses after then and would like the pleasure of staying on site, i know everyone is probably dying to get onto the complex as much as i am.

hi, i have bought in fase 1 block 24.

I have read nearly all the threads on here and not once heard anything about the 'SPA' that is really the focal point of the development??

Does anyone know anything about the centre. I have a detailed description but no idea of communal costs? use for residents etc??

Also does anyone plan renting out andif so are there any good firms you can put me in touch with?
