How much did you pay for a sky box and also from your previous posts I gather that you will be looking to rent your apartment, have you done any research into the various management companies, is there one you can recommend?

We have got our furniture being delivered to our apartment in SAMOS 02/08 and hopefully will be coming out for a couple of weeks shortly after that.

Tim,

We are also going ahead with completion on our ground floor apartment in Samos, as we tend to agree with Derek that trying to re-claim the money from the developer is a minefield.  We are currently trying to sort out a mortgage but have been given no firm date by our lawyer to complete by.

We were over at the end of October and must say was suprised the licence had been granted, don't think we will be generating much rental income for the first year or so.

We have been informed that the licence of first occupation has been granted on the two bed apartment we have bought at Coto Real Duquesa.  Just wondered if the professional snagger you used was in the Costa Del Sol as we are considering getting a professional in.
