Interested to see other people are having the same problems with Alexander Homes as myself.   They offered me a tenant for my Marina D'Or property in March 2006.   Ever since then I have been trying to get some rent and reimbusement of utility costs from them but it's always a case of "the cheque's in the post".  I was promised a rent of €400 per month (although I believe the tenant pays far more than this) with no deductions if the money was paid into a £ account.  Now they claim that there is 25% with-holding tax due.(if they could be persuaded to pay up).  I have recently instituted a claim against Alexander Homes through the County Court and have been told by the court that judgment will be made against AH as they have not responded by the deadline.  It was therefore useful to know that the company has now changed it's name to Anderson Reed (same address I see and still the same useless employees no doubt)
