hi all, i've been over and signed for the apartment, so its legally mine (well the debt is!!!). we got a phone call from them informing us it was ready to sign. sorry but i don't play golf, but i think quite a few people on the site do. hope to meet you all soon, claire x

Hi all.just to let all no that the work is most done.was over last week.they were tarmacing the road on the day left.It looks good.Had all my work carried out.if anyone needs air-con fitting i have a number for a good fitter.Quite reasonable.

Hi all.Hope alls well, does any have a contact names or numbers for good but cheap car hire companies i can use when i come over.Has anybody took photos lately you could send. its starting become drag now.the company i bought from their aftersales are very poor (lacking information).Anyway it wouldn`t long now. looking forward to meeting you all .Claire

Hi all, just had word today that anyone expecting to complete in July can forget it!! All spanish builders take a month off in August, therefore no one will complete till September at the earliest. Funny how they manage to contact you when they want money, but not to let you no about any delays, we only discovered this after nagging them!! sorry for the bad news. But at least you now no not to book on hols in for August! claire x
