Having read your latest comments with interest and in particular where you state that Judges are actually chosen by the Banks!  Can you please tell us how you know this to be the case.  In ten years of trying to recover our money from this situation our legal team have never ever mentioned this to be the case. I am still confused if this is true how some people in the same circumstances as ourselves and many others like us are winning their cases against the Banks.  I readily accept that over the last ten years the decisions that have gone against us have been difficult to understand and one can only think that there is a massive distortion of the law by the courts but for a Bank to be able to pick their own Judges must be the ultimate distortion of the law (what chance do we have of a fair and unbiased judgement).

I have been reading all of the latest comments regarding the SGR saga. Although i was delighted to hear that there was a possible light at the end of the tunnel for all of us connected with this disgraceful situation i still have several questions that i would like to have answers to before i also part with any more of my hard earned money. If i may i would like to share these with you.

 

Firstly, there will obviously be collusion between San Jose and SGR to prolong any sort of resolution to this issue simply on the basis that if we all jump ship and all try and recover our money via this SGR route one of San Jose's main cards will be lost that is to say with large numbers of  properties being sold already Banks will feel more secure in lending them the money to continue. Without this, the project is sure to fail.

Secondly.I may be too optimistic here in thinking that at some point in the near future i may get a call from Almudena and be asked to sign a new contract with a new completion date and a Bank Gaurentee.In the mean time If i follow the SGR route and try and recover my money via this method what happens to my contract with San Jose and my deposit ???.

I'm sure this a situation you have all given considerable  thought to . I would not like to think after all this time we can fall heavily between two stools and loose our money by A, not getting any return from SGR and B, loosing the property and the deposit to the thieves at San Jose.

Hello Julie Anne

We are new to the blogs that have obviouly been ongoing for some time and we too would be very interested in your experiences of obtaining your deposit back and the way in which you obtained it (well done you!)

What is going on at the moment seems a complete mess with no clear idea of what is being proposed and what are the consequences after the vote for all creditors/purchasers. Purchasers of property in Jumilla at present lack any clear leadership with not much faith put into SARC.

For ourselves San Jose have had our deposit for 5 years and we also have no BG in spite of having an agent and indepentent solicitor who failed to obtain one. We are, like the rest waiting for the magical web site to appear but do not have any confidence or trust in anything from Alumudena as we have over the last 5 years been told numerous lies.

We would welcome your comments please.

Hello all fellow victims of the great San Jose theft.

Was you really expecting to get anything from San Jose that was on time and the truth. If we are lucky you will probably receive it the day before our votes have to be counted.It has probably occurred to Alumdena that if she opens up a web site where you can ask questions on the proposal that you will also be able to express our opinions of her and the way we have and are currently been treated by her and the administrators. If you are anything like me you cant hold your breath for longer than fifteen seconds when you are under water and about to drown, breath normally and lets hope that it will come in the next few days.

Dear San Jose Buyers.

I have recently joined the web page and have been interested to read your comments on what the theives at San Jose have offered as a proposal .San Jose have had my money for five years now.I placed a 50% deposit on a Gran Jumilla back in 2005 but since then have been on the receiving end of lies and untuths from Almudena and her team of so called little helpers. It is clear to me that this women and her team are very adept at telling you what you want to hear as opposed to what is the truth.  One thing I am very clear about is that these individuals should not be allowed to gain the upper hand in this discussion, lets not lose site of the fact that this is our money in the first place and was obtain from us under false pretences in other words by theft nothing else and we should not allow Almudena and the rest of her team to become the hero in all of this . This women has without dought  only one objective in her mind and that is to ensure that San Jose is there for many generations to come and what happens to you, me or anyone else who happens to fall a victim of her devious ways is totally irrelevant to her . They have so far been able to successfully keep the money for this length of time and have so far kept the name of San Jose above the door as a trading company with our money being the main stay of their business. THE OFFER IS DERISORY AND HIGHLY WEIGHTED IN FAVOUR OF SAN JOSE and its future.Everything is negotiable and we must not be affraid to reject the offer out of hand . Believe me the receivers or San Jose do not wish their business to fall into the hands of the liquidators and throw away a lifetimes work. There are too many unanswered questions for us at this stage for any individual to make a clear and balanced decision  . Questions like what happens to our contracts, do we have the same plot in the same location?, is the house going to be a different price that would reflect the downward market change since we all started on this road?, what about compensation? and many more which need answering. Clearly the proposal is not acceptable, it is designed to capture innocent people into making a quick decision to bring this disgraceful matter to a close.  Let us not lose site of the fact they have stolen our money in the first place by straight forward deception by stating all of the licences were in place and they were clearly not. Almudena does not know how to tell the true if she did we would not be in this situation now. She promised me that although they had not given a bank guarantee our money was safe under cover of an insurance bond to the value of 6.5 million euros  which covered all of our deposits, a copy she gave me at our meeting this as you might guess was also a complete lie and  when challenged in an interview openly admitted to me that there was no insurance bond in place. Please, we must not feel that we are the underdogs in this negotiation. It is imperative that we do not give the appearance that we are ready to accept the first proposal that is waived in front of our faces, and it is imperative that we do not give in or bow down to San Jose. I hope that I have made some sence to all who read this article . I am willing to offer any help that I can to assist in recovering our money .
