does anyone know if anything is happening at la tercia real, or does any one know if their is another site where i can check because their as been no movement on this site, we feel people are starting to give up on the peinsa development, we sold up ready to move to spain now we have had to purchase another property in dear old blighty. please someone give me some good news. davey

Hi everyone,

We bought a California back in March 2006 and were given a date of  September 2007 for completion. 

We did not mind the delay's in completion at first as you do expect this and we felt the development was definatley worth waiting for.  We sold our house here in England in June this year and are renting just waiting for the completion of the house in spain as we plan on moving out permanent.  Eeach time we visit La Tercia we are given different completion dates.  We were told December 2007, then March 2008 then May to June 2008 and now December 2008.  I am starting to lose all faith in this development but we have our hearts set on going to live there. Our concern is that people will get fed up of waiting and start asking for their money back.

Just wondered how other people felt.

hi we have purchased on ltr we were expecting to move in june i dont think ours will be any where near being finished or even started , but we need to get our son in to school so we will be looking for a rental.

could you please send me some details ie rent etc

recently on a trip to la tercia to check on progress we popped into the village and where the sparr was their is a new cafe bar, its really modern with good food and nice cold lager, really worth a look to anyone going, davey
