We have managed to get in to our apartment and take some measurements, we are in block type 1.

lounge 9ft 6in x 21ft 5in.

master bedroom 9ft x 8ft 9in.

second bedroom 9ft x 7ft 6in, if you are thinking of having two singles in this room be cautious, we've now changed our mind and we are going to have another double.

ceiling lights required for both bedrooms and over dinning area in lounge, floor standing or table lights will be required for seating area of lounge.  Bathrooms, kitchen and hall have recessed spot lights fitted which look very nice.

Terraces will differ in size dependant on what floor you are on, our terrace is 9ft 6in x 6ft outside lounge area and 8ft 5in x 4ft outside bedroom.  Terrace has one light above lounge window and an external plug socket.

We hope this info is a useful guide to everyone when ordering there furniture.

Garage spaces without storage are plenty large enough to add a lockable storage cupboard to and still allow ample parking.

I have noticed looking at some of pics of sky, they dont appear to have any shower screens, and when we looked at the original show flat for Grand none were in there.  Have any been put in, or is this something that we have to organise!

photos look great, i see someone managed to gain access to their appartment, i wonder if there going to require much snagging.

i really hope not, we have decided not to furnish until its perfect, because we want to change locks before we make it our home from home.

we will take lots of pics and get some proper measurements when we complete on 26th.
