Hi guys,

We've been insuring our 3 bed duplex for about 6 years with the same insurance company (mapfre) and we feel that we're paying far more than we should now. Can anyone point us in the direction of other good companies in order for us to obtain rival quotes?

Hi All,

Does anyone know the details regarding the 'horizontal property law' wth regards to prohibiting bbq's on individual balconies/patios?

I can't see the problem with someone on a top floor apartment or duplex from having a barbecue on their balcony as there's no property directly above.

Hi all,

My brother is currently at our duplex in Thalassa, he has informed me that the sprinkler requires adjusting because it's currently shooting the water onto the wall of our property.

I've sent an email to seasun asking them to sort it however, just in case they don't reply I would be grateful if any of you could let me know how to adjust them.
