Hi,

We have bought in phase 2 also in block 17, we were in spain last week and met with a girl from snagging company, what she told us was to note any issues and then her company will do proper snagging and we then have 30 days to agree with what they have said, she also gave us a form to sign but it basically just says that we were allowed into our apartment to look around.

judging by the overall progress of phase 2, it will complete pretty soon.

does anyone has concerns over renting it out??? we have spoken to a few people from phase 1 and some has problems renting it out
