I bought offplan in the costamar building and they are expecting me to complete soon but I have no intenetion of doing so. The contract I signed with them is invalid and they have all but admitted it but they are sitting on the fence and the only way I have a chance of getting my money back is by taking them to court.

It would be good to hear from anyone else who has bought in the costamar buildings.
