We also purchased in Phase 1. Lar Sol also informed us that the expected completion is in the Q4 2008. The previous completion date was August 2007. The Promotor has 3 months at his disposal before starting to calculate compensation amount, so the compentation date now starts from December 2007.
I think this will be an Excellent Quality Development, so if you can keep it then do not sell.
You can see construction pictures and details about your apartment purchase on the Lar Sol website under 'My Home'. If you do not have the login and password, you can get these from Lar Sol Customer Services, who are always very helpful.
Please also post construction photos on this EoS website, as and when someone visits the site.
