Hi all I completed in fuente phase two  without a hitch, thank  god in late august.When i  paid a deposit five years ago , i was informed by the salesman that the legal fees was incorporated into the palmera properties fees and i would not need to get my own lawyer. All i would have to pay according to the paperwork was, witch i still possess was legal expenses (including notary fees, stamp duties,plusvalia insurance on the amounts paid on account, land registry "etc". I have just received my final deeds with a final billing off the lawyers and included is lawyers fees of 1532 euros.Did i have a misconception of free legals because i would have engaged my own lawyer from day 1. Any help on this one  thanks. "davo"
