I am the current key holder/cleaner for Steve and Bev.  It is with great regret that I have had to give them a months notice. We have two couples who help us with cleaning of apartments/houses that we look after and one has gone back to the UK, not knowing when they will back. This has put us in the lurch a bit and put us under pressure ourselves especially with the busy period coming up. We are also in the process of handing keys back for 2 properties on the urbinistation where we live. This does not mean that we are no longer doing any key holding/cleaning on El Rincon only that we have to downsize the business a bit. 

 

So any-one else who reads this whose property I look after on el rincon can rest assured that their property will still be looked after by ourselves. I will of course give them as much notice as possible if circumstances change.

Hi everyone out there awaiting to sign over on Phase 2.

I walked round the complex last week and noted that the touristico apartments from blocks 25 to 32 had the door knobs and peep holes fitted.  There was only one apartment on the ground floor and one on the second and top floors that had this work completed all the rest are awaiting to be fitted.  The workmen were at that time working on an apartment at the end of the top floor block 32.

People have been able to use this pool also.

I have today just left 2 ladies who have signed this week on Block 24.   I am going to oversee the snagging list that they have left for the builders, take possession of the garden furniture that they ordered, also the TV and washing machine. They have ordered and paid for the installation of satellite  TV so will arrange for this to be connected also  for them when they get the TV.

I am round on the complex a few times of weeks, checking on properties etc. so if any-one wants any information please get in touch.

Please be extra careful on security when you move into your new apartment.  There have been sightings this week of 3 men wandering about the complex.  Luckily they were chased off but they did have a blue fob on them to enable to get out of the gate. Don`t want to put a damper on things but there are so many people about just waiting for an opportunity to gain access to either your apartment, bag or wallet.

Hope you all have much enjoyment out of your apartments.  Just like I did when I owned one on Las Terrazes (the first complex to be built by gommendio).
