Hello All

Can anyone tell us which email address to use to get in touch with BMS.

They dont reply to our emails and we suspect we are using an out of date address

Any update on the connection of the gas, water and electicity supplies.

We will be coming to Los Olivos on the 30th of June  for two weeks and of course we would like to have all the supplies ready for us to use.

Is it feasible for us to do this or should we book an hotel any advice greatfully accepted

From reading the posts on this site it appears we are joining a very nice, friendly and helpfull community and hope to meet as many of you as possible during our stay

Has anyone actually seen or recieved a copy of the liciense of first occupation.

Has anyone been connected to mains water & electricity yet, our solicitors seem very vague on these matters

Has anyone else been told they have to complete  by the end of May or possibly face paying interest penalties

Just re-looking at the photos posted by Ali & Ken and noticed the gas bottle in the kitchen

Does anyone know the current position on gas supplies and when are we likely to be connected to the mains

Hello to all

We have been looking with interest at the discussion on community rules and it has just occured to me, Eddie in 20B must have a good knowledge of community rules having already lived in one.

It has also occurred to me that with luck he may have a copy of the rules of his former community on which we could all possibly base our future discussions.

We would agree that, the residents should have more weight given to their opinions.

We are just about to instruct our solicitors to complete and hope to meet you all soon.

We also expect the site to be supplied with mains gas, we are unaware of any storage areas for bottles

or external connection on the buildings.

Has anyone else been asked to pay IVA on the central heating installation, this comes to €960.00 and was unexpected.

PVC doors tend to be more resistant to attack than wooden ones as they are usually fitted with more hinges

and multipoint locking.

Haydn & Judy mention anti mosquito screens has anyone got any information on these.

We also hope the builders are not going to leave us  with the surrounding areas left like a bomb site a JCB applied to piles of earth and rubble

would be appreciated.
