I have a three bed room in Jairdin 2 and have got the air con from Gary. The system you are talking about is what I got. I think it works adequetly. The small room I think does not require it as the power of the unit in the main lounge is so high. I would also take Gary up on the surge protector as because of continuing construction if a builder damages an underground cable and causes a power surge it could potentially blow the air con units. Hi I was over last week and we used Auriga crown. It cost 48 euros for three days for a seat ibiza four door diesel. We had to bring back the car with a full tankso they charged 50 euros when you take the car and return it about 4 days after returning the car. If you have the car for more than 4 days you have to return the car empty.

Hi, just a quick question. When we snagged our apartment there were quite a few cosmetic problems like paint all over the wood,patio etc. There were at least two pages of work to be done and the rep for PW said that it would all be done within a month. The question i have is do Polaris sent you out confirmation that the snagging has been rectified or do you have to chase them when you get back to your apartment?? Has any one gone through this??

hi, i completed in july so all i can remember is it is in the centre of town upstairs and next to a cafe. Not very helpful with directions. However, my solicitor was on the ball as he had me in there at 9.00 for a 9.30 appointment and it was all done and dusted in 3/4 of an hour which I was told can take up to 2 hours. There is only a limited amount of rooms three or four and they are usually occuppied for up to an hour at a time. The procedure is straight forward with the notary, a translator, your solicitor and a PW rep in attendance. The notary will ask you if you understand the contract etc, check your NIE number,( it would be advisable to have a photocopy of this) he will discuss the title deed, sort out the payments to date and the existing payments ask you if you have any questions and then sign off with you and PW rep.It is straight forward enough. The notary does speak english but the translator is there just in case. I hope this is some help sorry about directions!!!
