Hi

Has anyone else had some money taken out of their bank account in relation to "HCEnergia.SA" ?  As ever, no response from the bank so I was wondering whether this was common and part of some sort of tax in relation to site electricity or something - they have taken out E247 and I can't recall anything similar in previous years.

Hi

worth checking whether it is a leak from the roof or the air conditioning unit above the door - if the filter is not cleared out they can leak and warp the door frames - question is whether the damp is above the air con unit - if so must be the roof.  Not sure on responsibility - we get a 1 year warranty and 10 year structural warranty - is a roof leak structural ? I doubt it.

Thanks for the address - I'm not in spain at the moment so if you are passing and there is a notice that would be good, but I think that the office is now a bike shop!!
