Don't know about a caravan, however, there are a couple of boats stored in the lower part (unused area) of the resort. Suggest checking with your block president, if that's possible.

Hi, I was on site 2 weeks ago. It's moving on at a pace, The painting was being done and looks like it should be a couple of months away from completion

You will find it cheaper to buy annual in UK if you are likely to be renting across the year. Price usually about £40-50 which is less than you will pay from hire car companies.
