I have apt block 5 was told by my solicitor the snagging list was complete, apt perfect electricity ready water on site.Paid final instalment flew over 6th Aug 06 to furnish apt. WHAT A LIAR; ,apt a disgrace like a building site inside tiles broken bathroom floor and on-suite bedroom not grouted, utility door broken .Bathroom still plastic hose and shower head (told by miguel and mlh we had new chrome shower fittings installed, the shower head and hose was in the tray in small bathroom no bracket whatsoever toilet door locks don,t work,bedroom window plinth great big hole,no sealant around utility kitchen door window could have fallen out at any time,garage remote not working to get to apartment had to walk around back of apt 3+4 ,front of apt pure mud had to extend my stay at Duquesa took 3 days to clean a nightmare getting furniture delivered very stressfull and hard work.
Revisited 11th sept everything still the same must admit Cardiff was brilliant got most of the jobs done apart from remote garage door still not working we had a long walk past other blocks to get to car and carrying things into apartment was very difficult.
We have paid deposit on another apt.block 1 patio door cracked and utility door broken reported May 06 still broke SEPT 11 our solicitor says if we do not sign up 26th sept 06 the builder is applying to Notary to keep our deposit as we have not completed the property ,they consider the relationship cancelled.
Would welcome any advice .
