Yes, the site was run by a Phase One resident, who was asking for money to continue running the site. I understand that it was thought that the money asked for was excessive and so the site was taken down. I don't know if it will return. However, Phase Two owners now have their own at: http://www.elsotodemarbella.info

Yes, it's all on the community site, Spain had local elections on 27th May, and there is a new administration at Ojén, nothing unusual about that. The licence is expected, note the work expected, to be issued around 20th June, with occupation early July. We have heard nothing for ages, but all of a sudden many of us have had e-mails from our lawyers, mostly all saying different things, but at least something is now happening. Watch this space.

I thought so Vince! Your figures are wildly inaccurate. I bought a 2A, 2 bed, first floor 'Penthouse' in March last year. I paid well under 300,000 Euros. I was told it would be ready in March with the licence probably issued towards the end of May. It is therefore about a week late! I can't pull out at this stage, and I don't want too. I'm happy with my purchase thank you very much.
