Just visited area at easter and the Andalucian government etc has stoppped all building work in and around the Zurgena area. Aparantly there is too much building and the Zurgena council has given too many licenses. we have been told our property may still be built but could take 2 years before building can restart as the builder has to wait for permission from Juanta de Audalucia.

Community thread: Did you realise clutch & engine "misuse" isn't covered with some companies ?

Hello

We purchased off plan last Easter 2006. At time we were given a completion date of April 2007. However from my agents last report I believe that only the footings are down. We are planning to go out April this year to have a look ourselves.

Also a little concerned with the news that filters back re the properties that have been built in Albox and Zurgena that are illegal, has anyone got any news they can share.
