Heard from Isabel about the fire on 2nd floor, block 5, does anybody have any further imformation on how it started,+ extent of damage. I know the apartment conserned has been empty for a long time, so i assume the electricity would have been cut off, Wondering if it was broken into,

Hi Irene& Alan, thanks for your reply regarding the pool situation, & appreciate what your doing, & your right about the arrears in Block5, There arnt many of us upto date with the community fees, In Block5 we also have own problems, no money to run lift, no cleaner, lights out in corridors, we bought some bulbs & replaced were we thought necessary for security reasons. Regarding the Builders arrears, somebody said after a few years they can walk away from the debt. hope it isnt true, Were back over in 4 weeks, if theres anything we can do to help, send a message, Regards to all Davendi

HAVING SPENT A LOT OF TIME AT THE APARTMENT , I LOOK FORWARD TO AN EARLY MORNING SWIM, LAST JULY THE POOL WAS CLOSED BECAUSE OF PROBLEMS. 4 VISITS LATER ITS STILL CLOSED, I WAS BACK OVER 2 WEEKS AGO + WAS HOPING TO HAVE A SWIM THE POOL WAS LIKE THE EVERGLADES, , MIGHT AS WELL FILL IT IN , SAVE ON COMMUNITY CHARGES + USE THE POOL NEAR TO SUNLEYS BAR,, EVERYONE IN BLOCKS 3, 4, +5 ARE PAYING FOR THE POOL, FOR WHAT?, , WHATS THE POINT, WONT BE SUBSCRIBING IN THE FUTURE,

Hi, were over again in a couple of weeks, just wondering if anyone has heard the doors banging at 1F. Also has anyone heard if Block 5 lift is still switched off,due to the lack of funds. I also heard that there are quite a few light bulbs need replaceing, is the position still the same. nobody wants to walk down a corridor in the dark for security reasons. HI all, the mystery owner of the banging door has been found, its the BUILDER, They still own 2 apartments in block 5, + 1F is one of them, acording to the list of apartments in arrears. Tony Pepper contacted me with the imformation as he represented us at the last meeting. We were in the builders last monday 9th, and they said it was sold, Issobel out of block 5 is going down to the builders to get it sorted, Hope this is the end of it, Regards to all, davendi
