We are resident in Los Lagos, yesterday the electricity went off at 8am, without warning! They did turn it back on at 6pm, but said that unless we sorted out a contract then it would be disconnected today. We are key holders for some of the other owners and all those apartments, including ours have had meters fitted today. Just waiting for phone lines now!

No news on electric as yet, but all of the signs with the road names on were put up yesterday. It was 79 degrees here yesterday!

All of the street signs were put up yesterday so we are hoping that we will be able to get a postal service soon. No news on the telephone lines, the developer has said verbally that he will connect to to the main lines but we have been told not to take it for granted that it will happen.

We are living in Los Lagos and completed a year ago. We have enjoyed free water and electric during that time but we have now had a letter from our lawyer stating that we now need to connect to the main supply. Our lawyer is dealing with it all for us. Our understanding is that you have a certain amount of days to connect before the developers cut their supply off to the apartments.
