Hi Everybody
 
I have now moved in my apartment but my problem is I have not had the utility double glazed and I have now realised why everybody does this, it's like a wind tunnel when I open the door ! Can anybody recommend a good company to get this done for me and what sort of cost am I looking at ?

Hi

Just come back from a quick weekend getting the furniture delivered and I really thought the area and the gardens were perfect, its a little way out if you fancy a drink as I dont ever take my car drinking with me, so we found Estepona great for at  night and busy with a good range of places to eat and its about €18 each way for the cab  (cheaper than a police station visit)

Ive been told if its the banks your buying from then they are not negotiable as I bought mine private I did get a deal next penthouse to us is empty so you never know it may be that one your looking at.

I have a last got my place and visited for the first time on the 22nd to get the light fittings done and beds etc couple of weeks is the rest of the furniture and get ready for my first relaxing weekends. I have a car parking place and a storeroom but not the key for the storeroom is there an office on the estate that I can sort this out along with a spare electronic tag for my spare keys just in case I lose it ?
 
Also has anybody got a hot tub or plunge pool on their roof I wouldn't like to put one up there and end up with it going through the roof ! And can anybody recommend a reasonably priced place for garden furniture and the previously mentioned plunge pool ?
 
Last but not least where is the best restaurant nearby and hello to everybody in Casares Del Sol from Kim and Dave:))

Hello everybody

Next week I get my keys to a two bed roomed apartment and looking forward to it very much, I plan to come over on the 20th for four days as I have to sort out furniture and the light fittings etc. Has anybody got some hints for me on where to go for a D.I.Y. Place for paints and such and I was thinking of a trip to Ikea for the furnishings or is there a better place as I don't want a furniture package ?

Anything you can suggest will be greatly appreciated
