Hi All

According to the spanish government website, apartment prices have continued to rise since 2004, however, the growth rate has been steadily falling from approx 15%pa to 5%pa in the Alicante region.

I guess this will not improve until the UK market improves.

I had our apartment valued by the CAM bank recently. According to the valuer it is worth less than in 2004! Too many new builds in Almoradi they say......

I'm trying to get a copy of the valuation document, does anybody else have info on this subject.
