Hi. Solicitor has confirmed today that our signing has been completed and the apartment is all ours, at last. Looking forward to being there at Easter and will be celebrating with champagne tomorrow night. Hope everything goes to plan for everybody else.

Hi. Like some of you we have been given a possible signing date of the 22nd March (Phase 1) by our solicitors, but it has not been confirmed by the builders. If your dates are all confirmed already we hope they can fit us in. We have yet to hear anything from Parador!!! Lets hope we will all be in our new apartments soon and enjoying a few drinks.

Hi everybody.

Has anybody got any news on phase 1 completion dates? We have heard nothing despite chasing our solicitors and Parador. We are also hoping all is sorted before easter. We had just booked our flights for an easter break two hours before we were notified that the original signings were cancelled.

We have received a letter the the builder today. It refers to a previous letter that we never received, this apparantly explained the reason for the delay. The letter (dated 29th Jan) states that an inspection has been scheduled and they should be able to grant the living permits that will allow the act of signing the deeds. This will hopefully only take a few weeks but no dates are specified.
