Hi Maria

I was just wondering if you could through some light on the following question.

If someone was to purchase a property in spain and they pay the appropriate fees to the solicitor to do so, and should this property be cancelled (not finished, developer agree to refund etc..) would/should the fees origionally paid to the solicitor for the purchase (which did not happen) cover or include any costs for you to get your refund of deposit back??.
