Hi bertus

I am very sorry to here your story you really should have a good lawyer .I bought off plan  7 years ago  on Corvera and I have enjoyed it so much I bought a second property last year . I know lots off people who bought off plan Lots completed  some swapped and other got there deposit back . It does not mater who the developer was all properties on Corvera were bank guaranteed I had a good friend who got his deposit back + 3 years interest .

There is a lot off properties being sold on Corvera by the banks if your deposit has not been payed back to you they  can not sell this  apartment so I would contact the bank .

As I say I am sorry for you situation butit Corvera is a great place and there are lots off new happy buyers getting great properties at very low prices .
