I'm also not completing on my apartment no. 322. Since may 2003 when I first paid my deposit life has changed drastically and I am now not able to complete on it. If anyone is interested, I am selling it at cost (what I agreed 5.5 years ago) contact me should you want to know the price.
Juan is also in communication with the developers to try and sell it on for me, hope I get lucky! could really do with my deposit back.

Hi everyone, went to condesa today about 4pm today, Office closed, dont know if manned all day, but there were a handful of workmen there. In my opinion, I would think at least 12 months unless something drastic happens. Spoke to manzanares by mail last week, not very pro-active.

Hi sandra, unfortunately most people were shown various other projects as a guide to fittings, we were shown fuengirola hills. These apartments has lovely kitchens and we were told la condesa would be far more lavish with a lot of quality fittings. We saw the show flat before it was trashed and although the out lay was very good the kitchen seemed a little pockey with an outlook on to a utility room. We were disappointed. Apparently the original speck was high tech, with telephone alarm and heating settings. This was from a good source at inter realty who was on one of the main launches.
