ihave had personal issues engaging myself in the continuation of this search, its hard for me, but now i have gotten some strenght to continue again, for those who thinks this is "strange" or something, i donno really they reason why...

and its complicated, he wrote a will in his last days when he was very sick, and dint know who he was barely, leaving his wife EVERYTHING, not anything for his grandchildren or childre at all...good job wife...anyway, swedish law suggests that his children still have a right to percentage of everything, but, his wife did NOT mention their houses around the world when the property was devided...he has houses in thailand as well wich i have to try to locate...

and contacting a solicitor seems like a good idea, but i need help since i dont speak the language, or have any idea how to proceed

hello, as title suggests, my father has died, and his wife took it all, by making him sign a will close to his death when he was very sick.

but, swedish law says she cant take everything, there is a percentage me and my fathers grandchildren are entitled too, although, this wonderful wife, hasnt told the lawyers about the property in spain and chile that she and my father had

so, im asking someone resident to spain, for a fee ofcourse, please help me locate her property in spain (its a house) so she doenst get away with this.

 

i have her birthname, and when she is born, also what her kids name is (who is also in on this scam btw, and has moved to a far away country)

the embassy refuses to give me her "rut" number, so i hope her name and birthdate will be enough.
