Congratulations on your great news.  We are presently trying to get our own deposit back and our solicitor is taking the builder to court.  Would we be right in saying that you were successful in getting your deposit back via the bank guarantee route, as like yours ours was expired also.  Only because we were unable to renew it. 

 

We would greatly appreciate a response as we are sure you will be inundated with emails on this subject.

Very bad if not predictable news..  Was just wondering what is the situation if your property has habitation license but you have not completed.  Is you investment secure?  Dont think it would be prudent to complete now as properties are greatly devalued and who knows when we will have mains, electricity etc.  Would appreciate any feedback.

Hi all,

Going over in July to snag our property on phase 3.  I was just wondering if anyone could recommend someone locally.  Like a few others i'm having trouble renewing the bank guarantee.  Hopefully we are all safe at this stage.
