Hi

 I am thinking of buying here is it safe to buy? Is your money safe and do you think that the resort will be a sucess as i notice that the club house facilities have still not been finished.

I would appreciate any information that you would think that will help me to decide to go ahead and buy an appartment here.

Does anyone rent out their property, and if is this a popular resort to do so?
