Evening all.

Can I just begin by stressing that I am not an alias of welsh lassie, leigh_bristol or anyone else. I am a new owner who really is just curious about Condado.

My focus really was on The Clover and I cannot believe the can of worms I seem to have opened with a simple, one line post. It certainly seems as though emotions are running high and, as an out-sider, it is such a shame to see all of the accusations and name-calling. Can't the past remain in the past so that everyone concerned can move forward?

I think Condado is fabulous (I wouldn't have bought a property if I didn't love the resort) and I'm incredibly keen for all businesses to succeed. Sadly, I see businesses that I think are great, which are not particularly busy and I wonder why. In some respects I can see where, in my opinion, improvements can be made and I have spoken to the business owners to provide feedback. In the case of The Clover, I can see great potential for it to be so much more. I do not want to be negative but hasn't anyone else noticed the smell in the bar? This might seem a minor issue but it really puts me off.

The reason for my original post was to try to gauge how others feel. Unfortunately my post was closed down before I had chance to read all of the comments.

With regards to the discussion on 'under-hand' dealings, it is a shame that this happens, if indeed it does. I can't really comment as i know nothing of what's happened but let's hope for the sake of all owners that anything illegal is stopped immediately.
