I heard a rumour that that apartments are smaller than what we paid for. Is this true. It could be nonsense. Also does anyone know what is the position if there is something in the contract that Aifos has not done correctly like the size of the apartment are we then in any position to then either delay or cancel the contract?

Can I ask why you have decided to complete, and why you did not cancel your contract do you feel Casares it is an good investment? Or do you fear the courts? I have been talking with some solicitors about cancelling my contract with Aifos and they are divided two say it is difficult to cancel once the License for first occupation is granted and other say it is perfectly possible. Especially as I email AIfos and asked them to cancel and may times asked my solicitor to take Aifos to court but could never get her to actaully do it.

I was also wondering if there is any European Union law governing the purchase of property and consumer rights.
