Have just had a reply from my representative who spoke with Aifos today.

It was the Town Hall who shut them down be they have reassured her they are restarting work now.

It is to be two months or so before the expected 'show apartment' may be available.

The latest comment is that Aifos expect to complete the build by October 2007 but it will be 2008 before the Town Hall permissions - presumably to 'sign off'' the works - are expected.

Have just had a reply from my representative who contacted Aifos a couple of days ago. The show flat is apparently in the "planning stage" but it will be a month or so before there is any liklihood of this becoming available. Then they said there have been "delays" which puts the finish date back to at least September.
