I have lived on El Carmoli for 8 years.  In an old property just in front of Los Balcones del Mar Menor development.

I know the area well and have taken a special interest in this development.  If you have any questions or need assistance in any way, contact me.  I have been selling and renting properties in this area for 6 years.  More importantly, I live here with my children and grandchildren and the more information we can share, the less chance of this beautiful village being spoiled.
