Im looking at investing off plan with Majestic and possibly encouraging people I know to join me.Whats the deal?Have investors at previously completed sites really made the returns that Majestic have told me.How saleable are the units at completion as the whole concept relys on the subsequent resale of the units by Majestic/

Any feedback from anyone who knows good or bad would be very useful
