Hi Les,

3G is a generic term based on data speed and most mobile operators in Spain utilize a 3G network.  Coverage is area dependent, but in my experience you can access the Moviestar 3G network in Roda.  Your method of access and best price will be depend on:

1. The type of mobile phone you have.
2. Your current UK tariff.
3. Do you have data access in the UK.
4. Which UK network you are on.
5. Are you going to be spending most of your time in the UK or Spain.
6. Are you going to use a laptop or desktop computer.

In the best case scenario, you would be able to receive emails and browse the internet with no increase in your current monthly spend.

Interestingly enough there are systems available to allow you to remotely monitor your UK or Spanish Property whilst you are away utilizing your mobile phone and data connection!

We have purchased on Corvera and are now waiting for construction to be completed.

In the meantime, we will be looking for a 2/3 bed penthouse property - ideally with roof terrace and balcony to rent for a few days at a time at various periods during construction.

We have been offered a few penthouses at very attractive rates, but would like the opportunity for fellow forum members to quote - we anticipate recommending any apartment to our friends and family - some of whom are considering purchasing in Roda / Corvera.

So could you please quote by PM a competitive pound sterling price to include cleaning for the dates above.  Pictures or a link to your website would be appreciated.

Please note our proposed arrival time on Roda would be 12.00 noon on the 29th and we will be departing 8.00 pm on the 3rd May 2008.
