apparently there were supposed to be shutters on the windows but the architect made a mistake and left them off the plans !!!!!

anne and jim ,

hi we are currently negotiating with quara to buy No 27 , we feel awful after reading your posts as we obviously didnt know your situation.Is there anything we should be aware of before we part with some money ?

This house and location is ideal for us as we have a young family who go to school at los dolces and we both work for a property company in cabo roig.

We have visited the house quite often over the last few days and are looking to complete within 4 weeks.
