thanks for update, we are paying our final payment to our solicitor now, did not get any satisfaction in the criminal court

and could not take the chance of any more appeals and paying out big costs if we lost. Solicitors are making a lot of money

out of our misfortune, hope you have better luck

We were advised by our solicitor to go to the criminal court, when she represented us in the court

some weeks ago, the judge decided we did not have a good enough case, so she requested we try

again in the same court and if we lost we would have to pay the costs, at this stage we said no to everything

as we felt we were getting no where and paying this solicitor for work she tells us she has done. very disappointed

with the whole process, we are at their merc y and they know it

Hi All

Would like to know what solicitors are charging .  We have been quoted 4.000 euro less expenses

for court hearings.  It seems a lot with no guarantee of anything back.  Wondering if this is the normal cost

for everyone
