I have recently bought a house in la coruna.At the moment it is a holiday home as I live in uk.
I have just been made aware of non resident tax!!
The thing is my father is going to move into the house next week from uk.
Will it be me who has to pay non resident tax or does he pay resident tax because he lives in the property?
Very confused!! Any info would be appreciated.

I have recieved my bi monthly bank statement from caixa galicia,it has a alarge piece on certificacion negativa de residencia.

As my spanish is not very good I am looking for help on this issue.From what I can gather it ha sbeen 2 years since opening my bank account and I have to renew this certificate.I think it says that I can do this by going into any of thier branches but as I am not going to spain for a couple of months this is not possible.It mentions something about a fee of 10 euros.They have not sent me a form or anything to sign so I am not sure what I have to do.Any suggestion?
