Hi Shirley & Mark,

I notice from your photos posted 2.11.06 - taken 26.10.06 that the subject appears to be a bungalow/penthouse development. I assume that you are buying on of these? I am concerned about the construction materials used,. As your picture depicts, the balcony walls are rendered (probably hollow teracotta blocks underneath!). The brochure produced by Taray and the show house have balcony walls made of brick! That was one of the points that appealed to me - quality of construction... Have you noticed this, or can you give me some advice if you were told that yours would be constructed differently?  Looks to me like a corner/cost cutting exercise now that they've sold the properties?? Your advices would be appreciated.

Is yours the Penthouse? We have bought the bungalow: Vivienda No.2, Manzana No.6, Boque No.5! Will that make you our upstairs neighbours? If you have, can you clarify a point regarding the construction materials? I was under the impression that bricks were being used in the balcony walls,however when looking at some of the photo's posted of other Bungalow/penthouse blocks during the build stage - it appears that  Taray now are using the cheaper hollow terracotta block and render finish instead!??
